Hello what I'm doing at the moment this using the silver stuff that you put in your loft to keep the heat in you can get rolls of that from like DIY shops just cut it down to size by putting it's on the outside of the windows just be careful not cut into the windscreen order side windows when cutting but that is a easy way to measure that's what I'm currently doing with my campervan conversion using the heat stuff I put in attics these days to keep the heat in and of course it's stopping people from looking in as well but you can also get the little suction pads that you can make a little hole in the blind and then it will stay there a course using your sun visors to hold the top in .

Hi, I am watching with interest, I am 50 an ex Squaddie so my body has been battered a bit , just been told I have OA in my hips , I am sure I have fibromyalgia but my doctor dosnt acknowledge it exists , I am going to see if I can make myself feel better from un processed foods

Nice video, as a Scot i love the fact we have these mountains in my backyard. I did chuckle at your "On top of the world " comment :),, Mount Everest rises another 25,000ft higher than Nevis (ASL) making that pretty much the actual top of the world lol. And yes, Midges are the worst bugs imaginable. Great video all the same :)
